01/23/2010 - Mac Pac 3000: The Final Countdown
Over 90% of those who purchased Mac Pacs have received them and though I have enjoyed giving many Mac Pac hugs over the past few weeks, I regret to say that not everybody has gotten theirs. To be more precise there are about 100 domestically who haven't got theirs. And there are about 150 "out of US" who have not called to pay for their "out of US" shipping. Those 150 ex-US bare the responsibility to call. Domestically (in the USA) I bare the responsibility in the end on those. Double orders were, as you may know, sent out to some people and that is why we are slowed up. We appreciate very much those who have made the effort and sent those duplicates back. However, we are NOT waiting for those to come back. We are taking different measures to get those last 100 out asap. I'm embarrassed that this did not go as it should have. I value how you value my reputation and in the fulfilling of these orders, I feel it definitely took a hit. And that's not cool. Myself and my shipping partner Meyer and Son have been working very hard to ensure your orders. The elephant in the room is the company that took the orders. PayPal made serious mistakes. They are nice people, but they made mistakes that cost us a great deal of time and energy. But again, the buck stops here with me. And I'm not just saying that cuz its sounds responsible. I could have done things differently. In the end, I sincerely hope it will be worth it for all who will eventually get their Mac Pacs. It is a piece of my heart and soul. Just like like you.
So here's what I need the people who have not gotten their Mac Pacs to do: Whether you are in the USA or Out of USA please call Meyer and Son (323) 260-7222 during the hours of 9am-5pm PST and provide your transaction number and we will get them out asap. But please note that we are waiting on supplies that are being rushed into production. You've waited this long- please don't leave me now :) I once again apologize for the delay and promise to make it up to you. -jm
